Dongguan Lingjie Metal Precision Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd. currently has two factory areas, located at No. 2, T8 Building, Yu Yuan Fourth Road, Huangjiang Town, Dongguan City (Factory A) and No. 1, Yu Yuan Third Road, Huangjiang Town, Dongguan City (Factory B). Factory A produces 800 million computer and mobile phone components, 700 million mobile phone acoustic structural components, and 9.6 million precision metal accessories annually. No production wastewater is allowed to be discharged. Factory B has not yet been constructed or put into production. The company plans to invest in the Dongguan Lingjie Metal Precision Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd. Consumer Electronics Metal Accessories Expansion Project (hereinafter referred to as "the Project"). This project is not located in the same factory area as Factory A and Factory B, and does not involve changes or reliance on the original factory area production. On July 18, 2024, Guangdong Ruixing Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. was commissioned to conduct an environmental impact assessment. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment" (Ministry of Ecology and Environment Order No. 4), the first public announcement of the environmental impact assessment is hereby made.
