Environmental Management System
The company has established an EHS department to unify the management of environmental protection, health and occupational safety, which is fully responsible to the vice president and directly reports to the chairman (and CEO). Each subsidiary has established an independent EHS department, which is directly led by the highest responsible person of the subsidiary, namely the general manager of the company's operation.
The establishment of the EHS organizational structure follows the principle of unified supervision by the group and supervision and implementation by each subsidiary, aiming to build a management mechanism that operates in coordination with the production and operation unit being responsible, employee participation, government supervision, industry self-discipline and social supervision.

Clean Production
We collaborate with leading global technology partners to explore new frontiers in clean technology, providing customers with high-quality products and services that offer both economic benefits and environmental value.The company has developed a number of clean technologies that provide strong support for clean production.
We integrate environmental requirements throughout the entire product R&D and manufacturing process, actively exploring sustainable production and development models. We vigorously promote green operations, utilize advanced technologies to improve energy efficiency, and use clean energy to practice the concept of green and low carbon.
Establishment ofa carbon-neutral project team led by the chairman, with the Research and Development Institute (RDI) taking the lead in standardizing and guiding the energy conservation efforts of the company and its various factories. Based on the "Energy Resource Management Procedures," we comprehensively improve the efficiency of energy and resource use. By implementing photovoltaic power generation and purchasing green certificates, we improve the utilization rate of clean energy. Since 2012, some factories have successively installed photovoltaic power generation facilities on idle rooftops.
We actively use environmentally friendly materials, strengthen chemical management, ensure that products meet standards throughout the entire process, and strive to exceed international environmental standards. We prioritize the use of environmentally friendly and recyclable materials to reduce carbon emissions and resource consumption throughout the product lifecycle, creating green products.
