I. Reporting Instructions
〈Scope of Reporting Acceptance
Accept complaints and reports on acts of embezzlement, falsification, serious violations of regulations and disciplines, and violations of professional ethics that harm the company's interests by LY Group employees or subsidiaries. Product and service quality issues that do not involve violations of professional ethics are not within the scope of integrity reporting.

1. Reporter's name, contact information, etc. (can be anonymous)
2. The reporter should, as far as possible, explain the time, place, basic process, name of the subject of the report, specific parties involved, and provide evidence or other relevant materials (pictures, videos, etc.) of personal or company interests being harmed.
〈Reporting Responsibilities
1. Reporters should abide by national laws and regulations. The content of the report should be objective and fair, and should not maliciously fabricate or distort facts, or maliciously falsely accuse or frame others. Otherwise, our company reserves the right to pursue the responsibility of the reporter.
〈Reporting Policy
1. Real-name priority policy: We encourage the use of your real name for real-name reporting. We will prioritize real-name reports and promptly feedback on the acceptance status and processing results.
2. Confidentiality policy for reporting: The Audit and Supervision Department of LY Group is the only department authorized by LY Group to investigate corrupt acts, and reports directly to the Audit Committee of the LY Group Board of Directors. This governance structure ensures the independence and objectivity of the handling and investigation of reports. The Audit and Supervision Department prioritizes the confidentiality of reports, and strictly protects the personal information of reporters (including individuals, suppliers, and other partners) and all reporting materials provided by reporters.
3. Reward policy for verified reports: Whether internal employees or external reporters, once verified and the company recovers economic losses, our company may, based on the nature, impact, and the reporter's cooperation, provide material or other rewards to the reporter and maintain strict confidentiality.
