Automobiles and low-altitude economy
The company's revenue from automotive and low-altitude economy-related businesses grew significantly, reaching 2.117 billion in 2024, a year-on-year increase of 52.90%. In the new energy vehicle sector, the company has already deployed power battery structural components, including square shells, cell steel/aluminum shells, cylindrical cell aluminum shells, top covers, cover plates, explosion-proof valves, positive and negative electrode soft connectors, transition plates, etc., as well as flexible soft connector busbars, injection molded parts, and other automotive-related precision structural components. These components are used for energy transmission, electrolyte containment, safety protection, battery fixation and support, and appearance decoration, and have functionalities such as connectivity, shock resistance, heat dissipation, corrosion resistance, anti-interference, and anti-static properties. In the cost of power lithium battery materials, precision structural components account for approximately 10%-16%.
The company has also entered the customer system of Brembo, a leading brand in automotive braking systems, and is deploying in-vehicle electronic components, such as wireless fast charging and self-developed fast charging coils, adapting to the brand's charging protocols to meet the charging needs of multiple devices. Based on the accumulated precision manufacturing and R&D design capabilities of AI terminal hardware, the company has established a unique competitive advantage.
In the low-altitude economy sector, the company's research and development of carbon fiber aircraft rotary blade products has achieved technological upgrades. Thermosetting unidirectional CF material was used for the first time, combined with a lightweight sandwich structure design. This innovative design not only significantly reduces the weight of the blades but also improves their strength and hardness, while enhancing the stability and ability to withstand harsh environments of the aircraft. With the continuous advancement of aircraft technology and the expansion of application scenarios, the application prospects of carbon fiber in the low-altitude economy field will be even broader.
